We are currently looking for a passionate and experienced Hospitality Tutor to join our team and inspire the next generation of hospitality professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality instruction in hospitality management and related subjects both theory and practical.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that include practical and theoretical knowledge.
- Guide and mentor students in developing industry-relevant skills.
- Organize practical sessions, field trips, and industry interactions to enhance real-world learning.
- Assess students’ progress through exams, assignments, and practical evaluations.
- Stay updated on hospitality trends to incorporate current industry practices into the curriculum.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in the hospitality industry.
- Prior teaching experience is preferred, but not mandatory for those with significant industry experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a positive and interactive learning environment.
